Admissions / Fees

Seniors be aged 65 and older to be eligible for residence in the Tidd Home.

Both long- and shorter-term residences can be arranged.

Entry Fee

$2,500 (non-refundable after 60 days occupancy)

Independent Living

We provide:

Private rooms each with step-in shower

Delicious home-cooked meals

Administration of medications

24-hour care and attention

Housekeeping and laundry

Activities and special events

Utilities, except telephone

Cable TV (basic service)
